Neocon 2019 highlights!

NeoCon is the world’s largest convention for commercial design every year in beautiful Chicago. Furniture dealers, manufacturers, architects, and designers convene to explore new trends and ideas to explore the future of the modern office.

Noise pollution due to trends in collaborative workspaces was addressed throughout the show with acoustical products in many shapes and forms as well as privacy areas such as private pods and phone booths. With an increase in building brand cultures, aesthetics has become just as important as functionality which was highlighted with products of color and modularity such as Teknion’s Bene Box system shown below. The establishment of office communities has increased the variety of comfortable and charming lounge furniture as well as office amenities.

NeoCon 2019 was very exciting providing a fresh and lively approach to new landscape of modern office design.
