IMA Financial recently completed a 27,000-square-foot floor at Building 6, Concourse Way. Their goal: an aesthetically conservative office design embodying their long-established reputation for excellence and trustworthiness. The design emphasized this aesthetic and augmented it by incorporating extensive use of glass, in keeping with current design trends for health, wellness, and culture. The glass amplified the impact of lighting throughout the space, and helped showcase a client-owned collection of striking art pieces.

The large team comprised Scotland Wright Associates, ASD Design, Office Interiors, Facilitec, and Warren Hanks. Office Interiors worked with the Warren Hanks construction team to supply glazed office fronts and barn doors. Notably, the conference room featured a collapsible glass wall that, when stowed, joined the conference room and reception area, forming a single expansive space suitable for larger gatherings.

Working closely together, the team delivered on schedule and within budget, and the resulting project received LEED Silver certifications. IMA leadership lauded the finished space as a success, and one reflective of their culture, image, and the quality of work that has characterized their 50+ years doing business.
