SEW Eurodrive is a German manufacturing company that is a leading producer of gear units, motors, electric motor and invertor technology. They employ 17,000 employees worldwide. Office Interiors collaborated with SEW to provide furniture specifications, design layout, budget management, delivery and install for their U.S. Headquarters in Lyman, S.C. which houses six buildings. Oi developed xxx square feet in the 2 new buildings after previously developing the other existing buildings.

SEW needed a wide range of settings to meet, connect and collaborate including private office, engineering, manufacturing, training rooms, conference rooms, huddles, and cafeteria. The engineering spaces involved high technology equipment that needed to be integrated into their workstations which called for a unique solution OI successfully blended all the spaces to create a cohesive environment.

SEW’s goal was to listen and deliver the needs for each department which we solved with careful and strategic planning and design. With the workforce demands today, attracting the brightest as well as retaining the best employees was the highest priority and critical to their success.
